The main objective of this partnership is to became a point of meeting and discussion between entities and association representing recently created SMEs about the needs in vocational and educational field, trying to investigate effective ways to foster and support training processes but also future needs of enterprises. 

FUTU.RES partnership wants then to understand and to disseminate, on the basis of best practices detected and of results of analysis managed during the project, what are the real modifications to be applied to VET operators (private or public) to better answer to this particular context. 

The main issue at the centre of this project is recently created SMEs which, as reported in several Eurostat survey, find very often difficult to overcome the third year of their life. The context in which the partnership will act is those of vocational training processes implemented in this kind of enterprises.

The added value at European level of FUTU.RES project toward an improvement in cooperation is given by the fact that the partnership, heterogeneous for proveniences , goals and contexts, can really offer a complementary point of view other than the one of related public authorities in themes analysed by the project, skills requirements anticipations and strategic exchange to be applied in VET operators to better answer the demand from SMEs market. 

The foreseen impact of FUTU.RES project on staffs and organizations involved in the partnership will cover several aspects. A direct sharing and diffusion of best practices detected in countries and in organizations involved will be favored, grantig the possibility for partners to improve themselves and offer services innovative and more respondent to market and users needs.
